Rihanna is back at it. She stepped out to have dinner with friends Beyonce, Jay-Z and Brandy in New York. And of course, she stepped out.

She wore a structured tweed blazer, leggings and cutout booties. The booties and jacket are of course, the focal points of this outfit.

What I like about Rihanna is usually, she goes against the norm in her styling. She usually doesn’t go for the standard pretty dress and default pair of Louboutins. Even if you don’t like her ensemble, you’ll be left asking, “who designed that.”
